Our private excursions
If you're spending a few days in San Francisco and want to see some of the most amazing places in the region accompanied by an exclusive guide, don't hesitate to book one of our private tours. All of them include round-trip transfers to and from your hotel.
Muir Woods & Sausalito (6 hours)
This private tour begins in Muir Woods National Monument, a national park known for its famous coastal redwood trees, the tallest of all living things. You're sure to be impressed by the stillness of this natural sanctuary, home to these towering trees averaging between 600 and 800 years old. Fun fact: the oldest tree in the park, at least 1,200 years old, is still considered young, as these trees can live up to 2,200 years!
Next stop? Sausalito. This picturesque small town, built at the base of the steep hills near the northern end of the Golden Gate Bridge, has a Mediterranean feel and is home to many artists. There you can enjoy the beautiful views of the San Francisco Bay, and have lunch on your own at a great local restaurant.
Napa Valley (8 hours)
Leaving San Francisco behind, we'll hit the road towards Napa Valley, about an hour's drive away.
This beautiful valley boasts hundreds of vineyards and is home to some of the country's best wineries. We recommend visiting four of them: V. Sattui, Robert Mondavy, Yuntiville and Domaine Chandon. Aside from the excellent regional wines, you're sure to also fall in love with the breathtaking scenery of the valley.
During our private tour, we'll also stroll through Downtown Napa, full of modern restaurants with a wide variety of culinary trends. One of its highlights is the Oxbow Market, which offers all kinds of good food and good wine, and hosts many culinary events.
Monterey & Carmel (8 hours)
Our first destination of the day is in Monterey, a city on California's central coast. In this city, known for its fishing tradition, we'll learn about the history of the sardine canning industry while we make our way down the famous waterfront avenue of Cannery Row.
Then, following the route of the scenic 17-Mile Drive, we'll pass by mansions and see famous attractions like the Del Monte Golf Course, Pebble Beach and the Lone Cypress tree. Then, we'll arrive in Carmel-by-the-Sea, Carmel for short, where we'll admire its charming houses and quaint streets. You'll fall in love with this city!
